Artwork
• Email artwork: send to art@tomaxusa.com in the following PC or MAC versions: Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop in EPS, TIFF, AI formats. a fax printout of the art must be sent with the purchase order. Scanned art must be 600 DPI or better and all fonts and/or placed images must be included and ‘converted to outlines’ (or curves) prior to e-mailing.
• Black & white artwork: must be a least 400% larger than actual size for proper computer scanning. if camera-ready black & white PMT is sent, it must be at least 400% larger than actual size. Art change will apply if artwork is not camera-ready or typesetting is required.
• Art touch up: for email or general art $30.00 (G) minimum charge.
• Typesetting: $15.00 (G) minimum charge.

Orders
• Acknowledgements: we send via fax or email. Please advise your email address when placing imprinted orders.
• Changes to order and/or artwork: submit by fax and confirm verbally with factory. If work or services are already performed on the order, additional costs may incur.
• Cancelled orders: submit by fax after verbal confirmation with factory. $30.00 (G), plus any production charges incurred up to that time.
• Less than minimum: $75.00 (G).
• Unimprinted items: next quantity pricing.

Special services
• Rush service: available on most items. Additional charges may apply. Confirm at time of order.
• Gift wrapping: customer provides paper, $1.00 (G) per piece.
• Photo/message insertion: $0.75 (G) per piece. Reconfirm exact photo size with factory. Customer must provide inserts.
• Time setting: $0.50 (G) per unit for analog clocks. $1.00 (G) for single function, digital clocks. Time setting of multi-use clocks, not available.

Shipping FOB point: factory
• Drop shipments (domestic): $3.00 (G) per location, plus all freight costs.
• Foreign shipments: $25.00 (G) document charge, if applicable, $35.00 (G) wire transfer charge, plus all freight costs.
• Post-office shipments: $15.00 (G) delivery service charge.
• Mailers: flat, $1.00 (G). Pre-packed, $3.00 (G).
• Weights shown in catalog are approximate.
• Tomax can only guarantee a shipping date of when merchandise leaves our warehouse. We are not financially responsible for consequences resulting from freight carrier delays, errors or failures.

Samples & proofs
• Paper proofs: One fax or e-mail proof at no charge. Additional proofs at $10.00 (G).
• Random or blank samples: Billed at end column pricing, excluding crystal items.
• Pre-production samples: Billed at individual item cost, including additional running charges, freight costs and half of the set up charge.

Invoicing and Terms
• Pending account credit pre-approval, net 30 days, from the date that orders have shipped.
• First orders are subject to pre-payment. We accept Visa or MasterCard.
• Large special import orders are subject to order pre-payment, and the possibility of the balance due prior to shipment.

Warranty
• Watches: Lifetime limited warranty.
• Clocks & Electronics: Five year limited warranty.
• Gift sets, Executive Items: One year limited warranty. ( From date of shipment)
• Crystal Items: Excluded from warranty.
• Warranty is against defects in material and workmanship when the item is used as intended.

Returns
• Must receive prior authorization from the factory, and request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Restocking fee: 15% on unimprinted merchandise. Imprinted items are not returnable.

Trademark Notice
• Designs and trademarks herein are for the sole purpose of displaying our imprint capabilities. They are not intended to represent endorsements by the individual companies, nor are they for sale.

Imprinting

• Setup: $55.00 (G) per color / position / item
• Running Charge: $0.80 (G) each for first two pricing column quantities. $0.40 (G) for last two pricing column quantities.
• No repeat set up charge, if order placed within 2 years of previous purchase order.
• Personalizations: Set up and re-order charge, $25.00 (G). Running charge, $4.00 (G) each.

Laser Engraving

• Setup: $55.00 (G) per position/item
• Running Charge: $0.75 (G) per piece (for up to five lines of copy OR a logo plus two lines of copy)
• Oxidation: Black color oxidation on metal items (when available), add $0.40 (G) per unit to the running charge.
• No Repeat set up charge: If order placed within 2 years of previous purchase order. Additional running charges on re-orders Do apply.
• Personalizations: Set up and re-order charge, $25.00 (G). Running charge, $2.00 (G) each.

Sand Blasting
A sand blasted imprint is considered a logo with up to 2 lines of text or up to 5 lines of text up to 8 square inches.


• Set up: $55.00 (G) per position/item
• Running Charge: For additional lines of copy, ADD $3.00 (G) per line.
• No repeat set up charge: If order is placed within 2 years of previous purchase order. Additional running charges on re-orders DO apply.
• Personalization’s: set up and re-order charge, $25.00 (G). Running charge, $9.00 (G) each.
