• Please supply files in PC format, no Macintosh files will be accepted. Files should be in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or EPS format with fonts converted to outline/ curve. A fax print out is required at the time of e-mail.

Black & white artwork for all products:

• If regular black & white PMT artwork is sent, it must be at least actual size or no larger than 200%. Art charge will apply if artwork is not camera-ready or typesetting is required. See General Information to the right of this page.

Silk Screened Imprint:

• Add a $55.00 (G) SCREEN CHARGE to product price. Price includes a one color, one position imprint.
• Each EXTRA COLOR or position add a $55.00 (G) screen charge plus a running charge as follows:
• 25-99 pc. ADD $0.80 (G) per piece; 100-500 pc. ADD $0.40(G) per piece.

Laser Engraved Imprint:

• Logo or straight line laser engraving has a SET-UP charge of $55.00 (G)
• Oxidation add $0.40 (G) extra per piece to above prices.
• Keyholder additional running charge at $0.40 (G) Plus set-up.
• Additional logo or line, add $0.75(G) plus set-up.

Personalization:

• Laser Personalization has a $25.00 (G) SET-UP charge plus a running charge of $2.00 (G) per name or set of initials. Additional lines $1.00 (G)
• Silk Screen Personalization has a $25.00 (G) set-up charge plus a running charge of $4.00 (G) per name or set of initials.

Post Office Shipments

• $15.00 (G) delivery service charge.

Sales Tax for shipments delivered in California
• On orders with California shipping destinations, the distributors’ California resale number is required to avoid sales tax.

Returns
• Must receive prior authorization from the factory, and request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Restocking fee: 15% on unimprinted merchandise.
• Imprinted items: Not returnable.
